challenge and result
i became the team of gurubinar, an edtech platform designed to enhance digital learning experiences. as product manager, i facilitated agile ceremonies, managed sprint planning, and ensured efficient team collaboration to deliver key features on time. in my role as fullstack developer, i built both frontend and backend components, developing intuitive user interfaces while implementing robust backend functionalities. this project successfully delivered a scalable and engaging learning platform, empowering educators and learners with accessible digital education tools.
